Its Time for tea again!

This stamp is from the Cuddly Buddly Christmas collection! Yes I did say Christmas. I wanted to show that the stamps can be used for other occasion not just Christmas. I have coloured in with promarkers , using pastel colours this time. You can see i have used that lovely paper lace again, i has such a delicate lacy effect. The little charm is also from the CB shop as are the little gem stones that are sticky backed. The paper is download peppy papers Cornflower/peach, they are pretty floral designs and so colourful.

Its a Boy

A baby card made with Cuddly Buddly stamp 'Toy train' which is part of the Santa's workshop set. The gingham paper is also a download from CB its from the 'Little Kwackerz' paper . I just love this paper lace border it comes in a pack of 4 different designs and is sticky backed, so just cut and stick ideal. The greeting is computer generated and the lil heart is also from Cuddly Buddly, so get yourself along to the shop and take a look :) Oh train was coloured with promarkers.

Time For Tea

This is one of the cards i have created for the Cuddlybuddly site, i think she looks like mummy Christmas !!but she is called 'Time for Tea' i love the traditional colours for Christmas red and green. The papers are also CB downloads they are called 'Winter Warm'.I have coloured her in with promarkers and have added a circular acetate frame around her with a scalloped green circle underneath. The snowflakes and stars are cut from my cuttlebug die and a little gem added in the middle.

Exploding Box

This is the first time i have ever made an exploding box, really enjoyed making it to :) It was for my very dear friend Theresa who was 50 this August, she was so not looking forward to her birthday. I managed to get some photos off her sister Margi (thanks for your help) i am hoping Theresa won't be popping on my blog as she will go mad that i am sharing all these photos of her, lol. I have used a scrap booking set of papers i got from QVC some time ago and still haven't used!! I hope you likey??

CCT 'Make It Bright'

Must be on a roll that's two cards in as many days lol. The image is a whippersnapper stamp coloured in with promarkers. I have made this card for CCT challenge which was to make a bright card, think this may be bright enough!! I have used my cricut to cut the square and the flourish. The paper is DCWV the brightest colour i could find, think it goes ok with the blue? I then added a little bit of grosgrain ribbon and some peel of crystal dots around the frame.

A bad blogger

I have been a very bad blogger and not posted for a whole week, tut tut. I have been busy doing other stuff!! I coloured this image in a little while ago and have only just added it to a card, which was fairly easy as the paper was left over from an exploding box i have made. Its a scrapbook paper and the border and everything was set out for me, so no real thinking from me lol. The image is a Sugar nellie 'girl and bird house' i think its called. I coloured with my Prismas pencils, which i have to say have been sadly neglected over the last few weeks since promarkers arrived.

Penguin Post

This fella is so cute he is one of the new Cuddlybuddly Christmas stamps and i have coloured him with promarkers and copic pens. The papers are also Cuddlybuddly down loads, i have cut snow flakes out of the papers and added glamour dust. The ribbon hasn't come out very well as have had to use the flash as its so dull here today. The large pink snowflake was off an old Christmas card, but i am sure i have a sizzix die that could make these. The greeting has been done on the PC.

Little Hangler Boy

Well its not a square card and that's very unusual for me, hence why i can't decide if i like it !! Its been made using a Hangler stamp image given to me by Gail(thank you x) and coloured in with Promarkers. The corner florish and writing has been done with my new cricut cartridge called "storybook", its a great cartridge, so many florishes, frames and shapes on this one. The dude circle was stamped for me by my friend Linda (thanks Linda x). The papers are Pink petticoat, dots and harlequins. Think i will be back to my square cards tomorrow lol. I have made this card for the Spoonfull of sugar challenge but need to add a picture showing my secret message, will do that tomorrow :)

Happy Birthday Alison

I made this card for Alison a fellow cardy from the CuddlyBuddly forum. I hope she received it in time, or i have ruined the surprise lol. I have used a Hangler image that was kindly give to me by Gail , thank you very muchly. I can wait to get my hands on these from Funky kits, so hoping they arrive in soon. I have coloured in with mainly promarkers , had no flesh colours so had to used my prismas. The papers where from a scarp pack i bought from the Papermill shop, i think they are Dovecraft papers though. The nice big pink flower was in my stash, think it was from WH Smiths, button in the middle is a sizzlets die. I could enter this into the PTW challenge as i have used buttons.

PB Challenge 9 Sketch2

I have made this card with PP papers and greeting. I have had this image coloured in for some time now in the days before Prismas lol, so it was coloured in with pearly paints and water coloured pencils. The circles where cut with nesties and the flowers are a quickutz die, have added tiny button in the middle. I enjoyed working with this sketch and am sure to use it again, thanks PB challenge for the inspiration.

Cute Lil Duckie

I have made a card at long last i hear you shout!!! This is for the PTW challenge, another fab sketch by Katharina, will be using this one again :) The stamp is a PB one and i do think its very cute and so easy to colour in. I have used by every faithful Prismas and blended with sansador, little bit of highlighting with white gel pen. The papers are freebies out of a mag i have had for some time now, card stock is DCWV. The greeting stamp is from Clevercuts, i like the round greetings stamps, flowers from stash.

Cuddlybuddly Christmas kitten

I have been so bust working this week and have had a poorly OH at home, so have had no real time to play :( This card i made very quickly the other day, its a download from Cuddlybuddly and i have never used this set before!! Shame on me.The paper is also a FREE download form Kims papers,prints out so well. Its half finished as it is as need to add some more detail. This is where you all come in - How would you finish the card off? Embellishments, greeting etc.

Friday sketchers male card

It is my OH Birthday today and left making his card until the last minute (tut tut) Even considered going and buying one!! Then i saw the sketch by Kimmie on Friday sketchers and that gave me the inspiration i needed, so thanks Kimmie for a great sketch. Its very unusual to see a male card on the challenge sites, as we all seem to steer clear of them, lol. The card is DCWV and papers are the male stack from Dovecraft, embellishments are quickutz stars and Kanban football topper, ticket stamp from autumn leaves.
It has been my first week back at work and have felt shattered this week, so not much card making been done sorry to all bloggers who have visited to see nothing. I hope this coming week to be busy on a new project, so watch this space ;)
