Just Magnolia Challenge

I had to make a quick card today for an order i had forgotten all about, whoops. I needed a sketch to give me inspiration and saw this on the Just Magnolia challenge, its a great sketch by Martine. The papers are all SU, from what set i can't remember lol.. i have so many papers that i haven't used yet. The magnolia image was stamped for me by my lovely friend Helen, i have coloured her in with prisma pencils adding some glamour dust to the wings.
Its so cold here tonight think we are all in for the coldest night of the year so far, so keep warm everyone bbbrrrrrr......

Silent Night

Well at long last i have managed to make the a Christmas card with my new SU stamp Silent night. I have seen so many lovely cards made with this stamp, all different colours have been used. I have used night of navy ink and the glittered with some glamour dust to give that lovely glistening effect. The card stock is also Night Of Navy, patterned papers are from the designer series bashful blue. I sadly don't have any Christmas greetings stamps so used one from my stash which i do believe is Stamp away. The brads and ribbon are also SU, MS doily punch for the frilly border.
I need to make some really quick Christmas cards so may just have a quick play this morning.
I hope the weather isn't to bad where you are?? Its sunshine and showers here in Cheshire, much like its been all week.
Oh i am hoping some kind blogger may be able to help me with editing my photos so that i have a plain white background :) I have PSP but just can't work it out :(

More FF Christmas

This is almost identical to the other FF card i made, just different layout but same papers and image etc The image once again has been coloured with PMS and Prisma pencils. I have used the snowflake punch once again, think i should try glittering it next time.
Jules i am hopping to get an SU! card posted tomorrow , so watch this space lol....
I hope you have all have had a nice evening? Now wasn't Joe amazing on X Factor tonight, he has my vote for sure and i never usually vote.

Forever Friends Christmas

Well here its another FF Christmas card made, i so love colouring in these cute lil bears. This one once again has been coloured with promarkers and prisma pencils. I have used the delicious papers by Martine again, i just love the colours so modern yet still traditional..
I have used a MS Stewart punch but can't remember which one it is, think its Zigzag. The greeting is also from Martine's paper set which i have punched out with my oval SU! punch. Oh and not forgetting that snowflake made with the Quickutz die, a little pearl added in the middle.

I have one more FF bear card to share then must crack on with some SU! cards :) So don't go away ... lol

Let It Snow

I am wondering how many people will still visit my blog as its been that long since i posted anything, or visited your blogs. I'm sorry i have been a bad blogger but other things have taken priority lately. I am hoping to get a few more cards made this week, especially Christmas cards.

This little cutie is a Forever friends stamp which i have coloured with Promarkers and prisma pencils. The backing papers and greeting has been made by Martine, over at 'The Craft Table' thank you for sharing these delicious papers. The snowflake was made with a quickutz die that i bought from Sue, a little fiddly to put together but i like it.

Well i hope to be back later in the week with some more Christmas cards. I have my SU stamp Silent Night all stamped and ready to put on a card

Its For You

I am sorry i haven't been around much lately but think my mojo is on holiday lol.. I have so many Christmas cards to make but am just not in the card making mood since coming back off my holidays. This little card was made for Kim's gallery over at Cuddly Buddly before i went on my hols, its a smashing little hedgehog and he has been coloured in with Prisma pencils. I am not to sure about the colour combo and layout of this card. The papers are all downloads from Kim's Christmas collection, as is the greeting stamp.
I hope my mojo returns real soon as think with the way postage is it the minute we will have to post our Christmas cards in November lol... I hope you arn't wait for crafting goodies via post !!!

little snowman

Yep its another Christmas card lol.. I certainly am ahead with the this year but still have many more to make so best get a move on. This lil cute snowman is from Cuddly Buddly he has been stamped and coloured with prisma pencils. The papers are all downloads from Cuddly Buddly in great festive colours, i love the tartan paper best of all. The greeting stamp is from the round greeting set from Cuddly Buddly. I have made this card into a wallet style where the top opens and there is a little pouch inside to add a cd or something similar. I am sorry about the pictures quality, it looks a little dull.
I am hoping to join in some challenges this weekend and get some more Christmas cards made. I sadly need to make a deepest sympathy card as my FILs wife passed away suddenly yesterday.

Tweet Greetings

Hello everyone i am back from my jolly hols, phew and what a change in temperature!! This time yesterday i was just arriving at the airport in Tenerife after a scorchin day around the pool. The flight home was good and we did it in 4 hours, with a brilliant landing... so smooth, i bet Kevin is as good Helen :) Apparently our pilot was a crazy Irish man lol.....

Any way back to my card which i made before i went on holiday. I have used the 'Tweet greetings' stamp from Cuddly Buddly, i love this wee little family of birdies aren't they cute?? I have coloured them in with my trusted prisma pencils. I have used silver mirri card and aubergine card stock with the DP being CB downloadabke papers.

Thanks to all those who wished me a Happy Birthday and sent me card, you certainly helped make my birthday extra specail xxx

Snow scene

This is a what i would class as a very traditional Christmas card. Its one of Kims new Christmas roundel from Cuddly Buddly. I have coloured the image with prisma pencils and added some glitter here and there to make it look like the snow is glistening.
I will be a little quiet over the next few days as i have lots to do before i go away on Friday :) Catch you all on my return xx

Our Little Ella

Sorry no cards to share this week as have been extremely busy with work , i have worked full time hours this week when usually i only work 20 hours. We now have all our Christmas stock out, is it a little too early??? You wouldn't believe the amount of people buying for Christmas already!
Anyway back to the photo. This is Ella she is now 21 months old , some of you may remember that we got her from the NW golden retriever rescue in February. It took her a while to settle down with us and learn to trust us but now she is great a little darling, so lovable.
I hope to share a few cards with you next week before i go off on my holiday so please pop back when you can.

Candlelight Friends

Are you fed up of Christmas cards yet?? lol... This is another Cuddly Buddly stamps 'Candlelight friends' they are cute little micies coloured in with prisma pencils and then layered onto green card and mirri board for a little bling. The papers are all Cuddly Buddly downloads, i cut one of the papers to make a little ribbon type border. Have used my MS punch again and made some little festive flowers with my punches.
I hope you are all enjoying the nice weather and making the most of it whilst its here, i bet there are a few BBQs being lite as i type. Have a great weekend bloggers :)

C4C1 'The Snow Family'

Yep another Christmas card for Cuddly Buddly this one is 'The snow family' How sweet are they, i loved colouring these in with my prismas. The circles have been cut with nestabilities, i then added little snowflakes in blue and white. The papers are Cuddly Buddly downloads, love these tartan papers i have them in red also. The oval greeting is also Cuddly Buddly, stamped and coloured. Just realised that this sketch is on the Crazy 4 challenges site which is a new challenge site and this is their first challenge, go check it out.
I am getting all excited now as not long until my hols :) We will be off to Tenerife for some well deserved sunshine and rest.

Christmas Bears

Here is a card made for Cuddly Buddly with one of Kims new designs for Christmas. The stamp is called 'We wish you a Merry Christmas' and have been coloured in with prisma pencils. The greeting is also one of the new oval sets which fits nicely in the mini oval dies from Spellbinder, shame i don't have these lol.... Papers are also Cuddly Buddly downloads in nice traditional colours for Christmas. The poinsettia i made myself with punches, i am quite pleased with these :) I hope you are all going to enjoy the nice weather the weather people have promised us.

Any one for football?

Here is another card made for Cuddly Buddly Davie Playtime he is called, he is one of the newer 3d stamps. There are a lot of new Christmas stamps on Cuddly Buddly, so cute they are as well. I am working on a few samples at the minute and will share with you asap...
I have coloured Davie in with promarkers, all the papers are CB downloads, layered onto co-ordinates card stock. I hope all my lovely blogging buddies are well?? I saw Dawny (pink Piggy) today she was doing a little bit of shopping after her visit to the GMEX, was nice to see you Dawn :) I was going to go myself tomorrow but to be honest i am saving my pennies for my hols in 3 weeks.
