Toby Tumbles' Urgent Delivery'

This is one of the new Toby Tumble images available from Cuddly Buddly, isn't he so sweet? he is called 'Urgent Delivery' and is available HERE,also available in digi stamp, the rubber stamps will be available soon. I have been playing with the 3D decoupage sheets, it made a pleasant change to be snipping away instead of colouring. The papers are Toby Tumble Christmas papers also available from Cuddly Buddly, they print out beautifully. I will have another card or two to share with you over the next few days so don't forget to check back on my blog. I tell you what the weather has certainly become much colder I think the woolly jumpers will be coming out real soon, think they have forecast snow for some places!

Christmas Cards

I thought i had better get my finger out and get making some Christmas cards for myself, been so busy with design team work cards for the NEC. The Toby Tumble images are just so cute, just know he will be a big success. This cute lil image is made from LOTV die cuts, I hope they will eventually be available in the cute squares as I so love the traditional colours at Christmas. The papers are from SU Christmas pack, not sure if its still available ( if it is Jules can you let me know ) Just a very plain, simple card which I am going to take into work to try and sell, wish me luck. I will be back tomorrow with another LOTV dies cuts card then hopefully I will have a Toby Tumbles card to share with you, he is available at Cuddly Buddly.

Are You Still With Me

Its been a while since I have posted anything on my blog, I will be surprised if anyone still visits my blog  lol..

I enjoyed my holiday in Tenerife, was so relaxing not having to do anything but worry about what to have off the menu for evening meal lol.. Oh well back to the real world now, seems like I have never been away now think I need another holiday now.

This is the card I made for Ali's daughters Wedding but sadly never arrived :( good old Royal mail at its best again, its really does make me mad. This card was made using a die cut from LOTV they are just great for a quick card. I used  the paper from a pack a bought at the NEC 2 years ago, they have a lovely pearly look to them.

I am hoping to go to the NEC in November this will be the first time I have been to the Christmas show, Cuddly Buddly will also be there this year for the first time ever :) Do pop over and say hello to Kath and Katie, I am sure they will be pleased to see you.

Pretty in Blue

Its my sisters Birthday on Thursday and although i have many cards in my card box i wanted to make her a special one. I have used the wonderful sketch from 'Truly Scrumptious' the optional extra on this sketch was to use a knot, well i guess the bow qualifies as the knot! I really enjoyed working with the sketch, so thanks girls for the inspiration. The papers are from SU, just love these pretty pastel designer papers is blue, think these are my favourite. The lovely fairy is a die cut from LOTV, just love these for those quick to make cards. I am also entering this into 'My Time To Craft' which is 'Jewelled' so out come my little blue stick on jewels, love a little bit of bling on a card. The sentiment has been done on the PC, bow and jewels from stash.

Sketch & Stash challenge 43

I have some exciting news to share with you, i have been asked to join the lovely girls over at 'Sketch and Stash' well naturally i said yes, i am sure i will find the time to get my cards made especially as you have a whole fortnight between challenges. I did so love being on the Just Cute Bears Challenge but didn't always find the time to make a card each week :(
Anyway as i have been asked to join the DT i thought i would give this weeks sketch a go, which was design by Sue, its a great sketch to work with thanks Sue :) Now the rules are to use something new, so out come my very neglected LOTV stamps that i won as blog candy. This little guy is great for any sports enthusiast, he has been coloured with Copics and Prismas, as usual The papers are from Pink Petticoat, circle greeting is from Craftwork cards, buttons from SU.
I hope you have all been enjoying the lovely weather this week? It was bound to happen when the children returned to school wasn't it, every years been the same may be they should move the school holiday!

LOTV~ Challenge 61

I have treated myself to some of the cute lil bears from LOTV so thought i would enter the LOTV challenge this week which is a lovely sketch by Bev. This one is James and his presents which i have coloured in with Copics and Prisma pencils. The lovely papers are SU! from the christmas series they are so easy to mix and match when your having an off day and find it difficult to pick a colour combo.
The weather is a little better here today thankfully, but still not very summery! I am hoping the B/H weekend weather is going to be ok, would be nice to have a BBQ for a change...

Star Of Wonder

Here is another Christmas card i have made with the wonderful Christmas stamps from Cuddly Buddly, they are also available in 3D and digi stamps. This one is called 'Star Of Wonder' coloured with Copics and prisma pencils, lots of glamour dust added for that extra sparkle. The greeting is from the Scripture set 'Verse- John 1 & Psalm 46' The snowflakes are made with the Marianne creatable dies as are the flourishes. The papers are the fabby 'Frosted Lace' set of download papers from Cuddly Buddly.
Hasn't the weather been awful today? Luckily i managed to avoid the torrential down pours when i walked to work this afternoon, but you dare not leave the house with out a brolly. I think summer is well and truly over, its decidedly chilly this evening.

While Shepherds Watched

I thought i would share another of the cards made with the new Christmas stamps from Cuddly Buddly, this one is called ' While Shepherds Watched' and is available in download, digi stamp and rubber. The papers are the lovely Frosted Lace digi's available at only £2.50 embellished with pearls and snowflakes made with the Marianne Swedish ice star die, flourishes where done with Marianne frame circle set.

I decided to make an easel card so i could use the lovely scripture stamp which i stamped and cut out with nestabilities. I hope you are liking the new Christmas card? I have one more left to share with you, but I'm sure there will be many more in the months to come :)

I'm entering this card into the following Challenges-
