Fairytale Friday

Well its that time of the week AGAIN 'Fairytale Friday'

Gosh another week has passed already almost into another month, the time is just flying this year.

Here is my card for Fairytale Friday, I think TeddyBo must of been on his holidays as he is looking a little browner than usual lol.. or is it may be rust from all the rain we had!

 The challenge this week over on the TeddyBo Challenge is a 'Masculine theme' with the addition of Buttons & String. As I am on team B so this week we can follow the challenge or just play with what ever takes our fancy, so that's what I did. You have until Sunday the 5th August to join in the challenge.

I have one more week in work then off for a whole 12 days yippeee...

My Son and his family are moving closer to us which will be lovely as we will get more chance to see the grandchildren :-) I expect I will be kept very busy with babysitting duties lol... We also have our youngest Son returning home from Newcastle, he has found a job nearer home as he wants to be nearer the family.

I always give my cards to special friends who I know will appreciate them. I remember once giving one to my brother and he said "Can't you afford to but cards now!!" Needless to say he doesn't get one now.

Yesterday was the day for a brand new challenge at Teddy Bo and you know what that means???

I have chosen a 'Fireman' this is Teddybo _057 coloured with markers and Prisma pencils. The photo isn't to good as the weather has been so dull lately, in fact the last few days have been dreadful rain, rain and more rain. I am not very happy with my card today, feeling like I can't get anything right at the minute! I will try and get a better photo when the weather improves (if it improves!)

I made a box base for the chocolates to fit in then cut a top and bottom with Nestabilities label one die, stuck the box to the base, added some ribbon around the edge and a bow, made a little hinge at the back to join the top and bottom together, was quiet simple to make really
